One!

My little girl is one, I can't believe it, time goes so fast. Mariah you've just been a joy in our lives. Even when you were in my belly I could just tell you were a calm baby, and you are always a calming influence to people around you, you are so kind to everyone you meet, you smile and batt your eyes bashfully, It's so adorable! You give the sweetest hugs, and are so sweet to your family!



Things I love about Mariah:
She LOVES her Daddy, she's so excited when he comes home from work, she'll squeal "Dad?" ..."Dad?" and when he picks her up she curls into him and kicks her legs!
She loves to laugh at Christina!
She has the cutest crawl,
When I hold her, she loves to pat my face and neck, her skin it so soft(and her nails are like daggers, but I'll save that for another list!
She likes to learn, how to play with a car, how to use a brush,
She loves shoes,
She's an excellent eater, sushi and salt & vinegar chips included
She loves to be snuggled
She loves books - it's so sweet to find her looking through one by herself
I love her pretty eyes and super long eyelashes,
She knows her favourite people and will scream and kick until she gets to be held by them
Every chance she gets she scoots to Jonah's room.
I love her squishy face smile
Her oh-so-kissable cheeks,
Her funny little crawl!
She loves to sing to music, or when I sing to her.










She has taught us so much this year with her deep love for her family and her sweet, sweet spirit.
